Catherine A. Dunbar is a Senior Paralegal and founder at Taylor & Patchen and is a co-founder of its predecessor, Taylor & Company Law Offices, LLP. After more than 38 years as a skilled litigation paralegal, she brings a depth of experience to the firm’s practice based on her overall familiarity with all aspects of complex civil litigation matters and trials, intellectual property disputes, and attorney professional liability cases.
Catherine graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a B.A. in English. Opting for a career as a legal professional, Catherine earned an M.A. degree in Law from Lone Mountain College, which is now part of the University of San Francisco School of Law campus. Prior to helping found Taylor & Company in November 1992, Catherine worked as a paralegal at Graham & James and Kindel & Anderson in their commercial litigation and employment law practice groups, where she specialized in case management and the factual investigation and development of large, complex litigation and intellectual property cases, as well as the related trial practice in both state and federal courts.
Catherine is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
