Jason Lipton is a paralegal at Taylor & Patchen and brings more than 13 years of experience as a litigation and trial support specialist to the firm.
Before joining Taylor & Patchen, Jason worked for Constantine Cannon as the lead paralegal and courtroom technician on a seminal antitrust case. After returning to the Bay Area from a 3-year stint in New York, Jason earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco. Jason then spent several years as a case manager at Boies Schiller Flexner where he became a key member of several trial teams.
Jason has litigation experience in a variety of practice areas, including patent and copyright law, contract law, cyber law, family law, and asylum law. Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco.
